Meet Bindu

Children don't fail to learn. They fail to be understood.
Every parent wants a confident child. Not just one who scores well, but one who can speak up, ask questions, think for themselves, and try again after failing.
That belief is what Bindu Batra built Bindu Batra Sparkle Minds on.
What started as a single learning space in 2002 has grown into a multiple-intelligence education centre across four locations in West Delhi. Bindu's approach comes from a simple observation, repeated over 25 years: children don't fail to learn — they fail to be understood.
At Bindu Batra's Sparkle Minds, children are taught to read better, write better, speak with confidence, think clearly, and find the way they learn best — because no two children learn the same way.
Bindu believes a child should never be rushed, compared, or boxed into someone else's pace. What they need is the right environment, patient guidance, and an adult who notices before they teach.
She has spent 25 years building that environment. One book already launched, second book upcoming, four centres, and thousands of children later, the belief hasn't changed.
